The West Boulder Cabin is a rustic cabin located 30 miles southwe4st of Big Timber on the West Boulder River. There are 3 rooms, electricity, electric stove, refrigerator, and a wood burning stove.  There are 5 single beds with mattresses and basic cooking supplies.  No bedding.  Water only available in the summer time.   River nearby.  Vault toilet outside.  Livestock must be kept at the adjacent trailhead parking area.  Livestock feed must be certified noxious weed seed free.  Maximum occupancy 5.  $35/night fee.  Open all year round.  14 miles on a gravel road.  Winer access by ski, snowshoe, or snowmobile for a short distance on a county road.  Summertime can drive to the cabin. 

Directions: Travel 16 miles south of Big Timber on US Highway 298 to McLeod; then west on West Boulder Road 7.5 miles to turn off; and south another 7 miles on the West Boulder Road. Adjacent to West Boulder Campground.
