Forrester's Bighorn River Resort, is Montana's only resort located directly on the unsurpassed, upper three miles of the Bighorn River. The Bighorn River, located in south central Montana, is considered to be one of the finest trout streams not just in our fair state but in all of the lower forty-eight. Its wide expanses flanked by the Bighorn Valley and the Rocky Mountains beyond also happen to be prime upland game bird hunting grounds. If you've never been to the Bighorn River Valley, there's no better way to enjoy these mighty waters than by staying and playing right on the river's banks at Forrester's Bighorn River Resort. Enjoy private guided fly-fishing, mixed-bag wingshooting and the river's most comfortable private cabin accommodations perfectly complemented by our award-winning gourmet meals. Forrester's has four Orvis endorsements for wingshooting, fly-fishing, outfitter and expedition. That's more than any other hunting or fishing lodge in the country. At Forrester's, we have a lot to be proud of and we proudly pass it all along to our clients. It's where Montana keeps her promises. So come on up for a visit. We'll see you soon.
