Arizona/Mexico border regional flavors combine with a festive, fun atmosphere at this unique restaurant in the heart of downtown Bozeman. Their flavors and cooking techniques originate from Tucson, Nogales, and San Carlos. Owner Roy Lee was raised just 18 miles from the Mexican border, where he practiced cooking with the locally grown ingredients and was inspired by the regional cuisine. Their beef is marinated for 48 hours before serving. Beef, chicken, and pork are seasoned with a housemade blend of spices handed down in the Lee family. The meats are slow cooked to a tenderness that allows them to be hand shredded in the traditional manner. Guacamole is made fresh several times daily, and all dishes are made from scratch. Best of all, their warmth and hospitality enhance the flavors of your meal.
