Bill Taylor’s Neptune Brewery in Livingston is the source of the 14 hand crafted Neptune beers on tap at The Dock. And Bill’s time in India and Thailand serves as the inspiration for the great selection of cuisine served there. The regular’s favorites include Bill’s Famous Red Curry Chicken, Indian Curry Surf, Chickpea Curry, and the Pineapple Peanut Curry. Thursday through Sunday, they offer “Chef’s Choice” specials. For a new twist on pizza try their Thai and Indian selections. They offer daily beer and wine specials throughout the week.
