John Bozeman's Bistro

The Bistro has been renowned for legendary cooking since its 1984 establishment in downtown Bozeman. It’s no secret that this is a local favorite for its warm inviting atmosphere and eclectic menu. Chef/Owner Tyler Hill loves to cook, and everyone who has dined at The Bistro knows it! It doesn’t matter if you are hungry for a traditional meal or something refreshing and different, this is where you’ll find it. Enjoy a menu that offers selections of fresh fish, steaks, pasta, and international cuisine. To accompany your meal, they offer an assortment of beers from Montana microbrews as well as an extensive wine list. John Bozeman’s Bistro is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday.
