The Edge is truly a family enterprise—family pride is evident in their service and quality cuisine. In 1997, Tom and Tammy Fair had the idea for a comfortable yet exciting place to go. It is clear they accomplished their goal the minute you enter the restaurant. It’s a great place to relax, entertain clients, or impress a date. Tammy and son John, the head chef, work together to prepare their great selection of hand-cut steaks, broad seafood selection, and good ol’ comfort food. The first Saturday night of each month they offer all you can eat baby-back BBQ ribs. Out front, Tom and daughter-in-law Donna take exceptional care of the guests in the dining room and bar.
