Isabel's is an oasis in the Polson area. Providing only high quality ingredients and the freshest produce, everything on the menu is prepared from scratch and highly creative. Breakfast includes their homemade granola parfait loaded with fresh seasonal fruit and yogurt or quinoa, an abundance of egg dishes, and their famous biscuits and gravy. Lunch offers fresh soups and salads with dressings made from scratch. Try the Johnny Apple Seed, a house favorite, with piles of smoked turkey, caramelized apples, onions and garlic with Swiss cheese, cooked on a hot iron grill. Montana Natural Beef supplies the 1/2lb burgers served on fresh baked buns. Dinner is incredible—artichoke Brie sauce, filet of beef 16 oz. Rib eye, and some of the best Halibut around.
