96 Forest Service Cabins Sample Page 56K [PDF]
Forest Service cabins are one of the best kept secrets in Montana. In fact, ours is the only book in print that provides detailed information about them. Few people know that the Forest Service rents out cabins and lookout towers at ridiculously low prices. All of these are in incredibly beautiful locations. While some require a hike to access, most can be reached by car. Most will accommodate four or more people, and several will accommodate up to 12 individuals. They are equipped with beds, cookstoves, kitchen items and basic furniture. All are well stocked with firewood for stoves and fireplaces. We list them all, along with basic information on the facilities available at each one, and contact information to reserve one.
