Hodges

Hodges once served as an important stop for the Northern Pacific Railroad, and a post office was open in the community from 1898 to 1968. The town’s name honors Leonard Hodges, a Northern Pacific employee responsible for planning and organizing tree planting near the railroad to improve the scenery.
