The Risho family invites you to experience the Perugia adventure. Perugia, an authentic family-run restaurant, is owned and operated by chef Ray Risho, wife/artist Susie, eldest son Sam, youngest son Abe, and nephew Chris Robertson. The menu features authentic European and Mediterranean cuisine that evokes a taste and feel of the old world. There is an extensive wine list, cocktails and live music nightly. Theme nights, Italian Night Tuesdays and Greek Night Thursdays are perhaps the most popular nights of the week at Perugia, when heaping platters of popular dishes are served. The regular menu is extensive and offers a wide array of pastas, lamb, veal, steaks, chicken and seafood all served in three courses.
