Polebridge

In the early 1900s, resident Bill Adair opened a hotel along the North Fork of the Flathead. When Glacier National Park was established in 1910, Adair packed up his belongings and moved to the spot now known as Polebridge. Included in the move was the building now known as the Northern Lights Saloon. Today the town stands as a lone outpost at the remote northwest edge and entrance to Glacier Park.
