| This small community began when the Northern Pacific laid a spur line through the area. Wilsall is located in serene Shields Valley, with immaculate views of the Crazy Mountains to the East. The town’s name was the culmination of Walter B. Jordan’s son, Will, and his daughter-in-law, Sally. Jordan initially laid out the town.
