| Quilting in the Country is a nationally recognized shop located in the Big Sky Country. The setting is a restored 110-year-old farmstead. Surrounding mountains and streams provide year-round recreational activities. We are noted for our original patterns, "Soups On" quilt kit and cookbook, 100% wool fabric and classes taught by enthusiastic local and nationally known teachers. Classes are in the old bunkhouse and outside under huge willows, weather permitting! Unique to QIC is the Annual Outdoor Quilt Show. The show held in August features nearly 500 quilts, demos, and venders, classes and lectures by internationally known teachers. American Patchwork & Quilt Sampler has featured this spectacular event. |
