| Built in 1908 as a restaurant, the Headwaters has been restored to its original charm and beauty. Stuart, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and his partner Michelle specialize in handmade American food with flavor. The seafood is flown in daily, the buffalo is raised locally, the beef is organic longhorn and they use as many regionally produced ingredients as are available. Their menu offers not only American Regional but also, Oriental, Italian and Mexican selections. Enjoy the smoke-free dining room or the gardens and fresh air deck and a variety of micro-brews and American wines to compliment your meal.
