General info

Drive north from Lewistown on Hwy. 191 about three miles. Go west on MT Hwy. 426 about eight miles and look for the trestle on your left. The trestle is a railroad bridge 78 feet high and 1,391 feet long constructed entirely of milled timber. The only exception are the two rectangular steel firebreak bents which divide the bridge into approximate thirds.
