This campground is located along the shore of the North Fork of the Teton River in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. There are 18 sites each with a table and fire ring. Few overlook the river. This is a pack in pack out. This is bear country so safe food storage should be practiced. Vault toilets and 1 water spigot available. Fishing for Rainbow and Cutthroat Trout is popular. Cutthroat are catch and release. Hikes for foot or horse are close by with access to the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Open seasonal Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day-weather dependent. $6/day with a 14-day maximum stay.
DIRECTIONS: From Choteau, MT, take US Rt. 89 north 4 miles to Teton Pass Winter Sports Area/Eureka Forest Reservoir signs. Turn left at signs and go 22.8 miles to campground sign. Turn left at sign and go 0.4 miles to campground.
