There are 28 campsites at Canyon Ferry Reservoir in southwest Montana. Each site has a table and fire ring. Vaults toilets and water available.   This is a 35,000-acre lake 50 miles downstream from where the Missouri, Jefferson, Gallatin, and Madison rivers join.  Popular fishing for Walleye, Perch, Ling, and Rainbow Trout. There are 3 marinas. Boat rentals available.   Vaults toilets and water available.  Boat launch close.  Popular for boating, water skiing, swimming, and fishing.  Maximum stay 14 days.  Open all year.

Directions:  Jo Bonner Campground is located 9 miles East of Helena on US Highway 287, then 12 miles Northeast on Secondary 284.
