There is an Upper Toston Dam campground and a Lower Toston Dam campground. There are 7 campsites each with a picnic table and fire ring. Vault toilets are available. No water. Below the dam is a popular fishing site in the free-flowing river for rainbow and brown trout. Wildlife is frequently seen here. Motorboats can be used above the dam. No fee for camping. Maximum stay is 14 days. Maximum limit for trailer length is 24ft. Open all year round.
Directions: Approximately 13 miles south of Townsend, and one mile south of Toston, turn east from Highway 287 and follow the signs to Toston Dam.
