The nine rooms include a chapel which contains a traveling alter; a schoolroom from the 20s and 30s; a barbershop with a portable barber chair; and an examining chair table from one of the first physicians in the area. A general store is stocked with original items, including a collection of old calendars. In the farm and ranch section, you will find a side saddle that dates back to 1886 along with a pair of angora chaps. You’ll find mannequins dressed in period clothing and original photos from the early years of the area. Open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily in May and September. Open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily from June through August. Admission is free.
