There are two bedrooms, one containing two single beds with mattresses and one containing two double beds with mattresses, and the living room contains two futons. The house has a wood furnace for heat, propane kitchen appliances, and propance lights. Propane and firewood is provided. During the summer/fall months, hot and cold running water is available for the kitchen and indoor bathroom, complete with a shower and flush toilet. During the winter months, the water system is shut down and water is not provided. An outhouse is nearby. Season June through October. No rental during November, March, April, or May.
